Development Associate
The Development Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of HAAM’s development plans through logistical and tactical implementation of fundraising events, volunteer support and donor engagement initiatives. This individual helps ensure the development department maintains proper stewardship of donors and volunteers, successful execution of special events, and mission centered communications and messaging all in alignment with HAAM’s mission and brand. Key responsibilities include campaign execution support, database  management, and social media and content creation as needed.

Program Associate
The Program Associate supports HAAM’s Musician Services department and serves as the primary contact for musicians and facilitates member eligibility and enrollment. The Program Associate helps our musician members obtain and maintain healthcare coverage, access resources, develop community awareness, and engage with our organization.
