Utterly unique. Thoughtful. Brilliant. Ahead of his time. These are just a few ways that Samuel Sayre VanDelinder’s family and friends described him after his passing in 2023. As we near the anniversary of Sam’s death, we wanted to share a little bit of his story.

HAAM is a proud partner of Red River Rising and their efforts to support the Austin community, particularly regarding empowering local musicians, preserving the iconic downtown music district, and addressing housing insecurity. Red River Rising will be hosting an online auction of over 120 pieces of music memorabilia and experiences beginning July 1.

Because of the overwhelming support from our event sponsors, supporters, and attendees, HAAM raised a record-breaking $275,000 at the annual Corporate Battle of the Bands at ACL Live at the Moody Theater. That’s nearly $2 million in healthcare services for the musicians that HAAM serves!
